Thanks, Sandy: Those screw-on ports are the type of access I'm considering. I used the wrong terminology. How many do you think I'd need to install? Do you know where I should put them? How would I go about keeping them symmetrical? I was thinking I might need as many as three ports: One for port hardware, one for starboard hardware and one in the middle for the gudgeons.
