M_Boats: Ratcliff Wind Steering Vane

      Anyone have an idea what the original new cost and current value for a
Ratcliff Wind steering vane is worth.  I would imagine that it is dated
somewhere around the vintage of my M17 (1977).  A local marine swap meet is
coming up and I may decide to let it go.
