M_Boats: Outboard for M15 long 20" or short 15" shaft?

Just purchased a Montgomery 15 and would like any recomendations for outboards. I have a Yamah 4 stroke 4 hp but I think it is too heavy. Considering Honda 2 and Yamah 2.5. Barnegat Bay NJ boater
