Hi Tom, My new mast came from Dwyer Masts in North Branford, CT. They are on the Internet and you can look up mast profiles and all their mast accessories: sheaves, cleats, etc. I just increased the distance between the clevis pin holes so that the forward and aft edges of the sheaves led the halyard clear of the mast and the top fitting. Works great. You can probably do the same by just re drilling the clevis pin holes a bit more than one diameter outboard of the existing hole. That should do the trick and lead the halyard fair on both sides of the mast. Of course you will have two sets of holes in the top fitting which I avoided by having my friends weld the old holes shut before drilling the new ones. Connie
