it is the collective 'little bits' that have added up to the big dead/dying inland sea that puget sound has become. i've never been scared of a porta-potti. i know what i'm putting in, and see it as my responsiblity to correctly remove the waste to a proper treatment location. i just wish that the state of WA would REALLY care about saving the sound by having a proper number of porta-potti dump stations available (there are FEW south of seattle). there is also athe need to control the waste that does currently enter the waters. it took a 'no outlet' rule to save lake washington back in the late 1950s & early 1960s. it is likely that this is the only action that will save puget sound. dave scobie M15 #288, not yet named --------------------------------- Never miss a thing.
