Welcome. There is a list archive at the MSOG web site under "Other Resources-->Search All Messages". The current listserv is actually the second, the first bit the dust about a year ago. There is a searchable database of messages from both listservs there, though the most recent month or two may not be in yet, and the current archive files are temporarily off-line.
