Five years ago when I was looking the love of my life, boat that is, I first looked at a couple of FC's. We saw a primo one in Annapolis but my daughter (very wise woman) said that if I ever expected to take Mom cruising I'd need something with a tad more interior room. Then the broker chimed in that she had a NS for me to see. Suprised that the price difference wasn't that bad, I opted for the NS. The FC is very similar to the Renegade, Larry and Lin Pardey's first major cruiser. They cruised full time on it for many years. Joe,
I'd love to see/sail a Falmouth 22 at some point in time, they look so traditional and classic. There is a nice one for sail in Chicago right now. Rare too, under 40 made. Kind of like an M23! (19 made?)
