M_Boats: Monty 15

I was wondering my Monty15 doesn't have a topping lift I'm wanting to put one on my boat. At the top of the mast do you just add another block for it? Or how are they normally ran? Dose any body have any pictures of how they are ran at the top and the back of the boom.
