Can you say a little about why Pend Oreille is better sailing than Couer D'Alene? I'd like to get up there one of these days... thanks, John On 6/3/19 7:49 AM, Peter Kunst wrote:

Hello,
I would like to bring my M23 to lake Coeur D'Alene in early August. She is too big to put back on the trailer each day so I would like to find temporary mooring for about 9 days. Does anyone know a good place for this?
It looks like Silver Beach Marina is the best choice. I would have to launch near the Hagadone marine group and sail to Silver Beach. I noticed there is a sailing marina run by the Panhandle Yacht Club. Is anyone a member that would be willing to offer information?
Is there a good place to anchor?
Any general information about sailing and launching on the lake would be helpful.
Thanks for the help!
