George, I recently replaced the traveler on my M-15, was talking to Dave Scobie at the Pocket Yacht Festival in Port Townsend, his advice was to use 5/16 line and to be careful to not get it too long or too short, so my tape measure indicated 7 ft would be correct. Bought the line at the Wooden Boat Foundation Chandlery in Port Townsend. The original block is still in good condition, so I continued to use it. Am an amateur, not an expert but I think the 7 X 5/16 works. Steve M-15 # 335 ----- Original Message ----- From: "George R. Wrinkle Boat Mates
One of my winter projects is to install a traveler system on my M15.
I found an article by Jerry M on the MSOG for an M17 but I can not find any of the Ronstan hardware listed. Has anyone installed a system on a M15 and if so can you share your experience and hardware list.
Thanks in advance
George
