Burt, thanks for the info. I did pick up a 3 step telescoping ladder at Defender last week. It will be on before the boat goes in the water. I eyed up that freeboard and thought it would be tough to get in. We also want to be able to swim when it's warm enough. Oh, primer is Interlux 2000e. -Gerry

At least not much, we hope!) Gerry, I haven't seen pics of your boat, but I do hope you have a transom ladder or steps, or will be installing such before sailing. (We live in an area where a lobsterman fell in one morning...cold water...no way back into his boat and drowned. Happens every year or so here.)
