Theo, I think you will find several Monty owners here in the east.? I live in Maryland.? I know of several of us in the MD, DC, VA area.? I also believe there are a few owners in NY and NJ.? I only have a M-15 which is considerable smaller then the M-23, but if you are interested in sailing, I'd be willing to work something out.? Let me know.
