M_Boats: M12 forestay attachment

After 25 years I finally have another M12, my memory of how to rig the mast is a bit foggy,  the forestay and shrouds came in a box tangled up like spaghetti. I know the shrouds attach via a bolt thru the mast, but am unsure where the forestay attaches to the mast. The block I'm assuming is for the jib halyard, but haven't a clue on the forestay upper attachment.  There are VERY few pics of a rigged M12 on the net. Pics/diagrams anybody?     Thanks! ED
