M_Boats: M23 on Columbia River?

Hello, I have heard that there is an M23 on the Columbia River in Oregon. I would love to see the inside of one in person and this boat is pretty close to my location in Washington. Does anyone know the owner or have contact information for them? Last I heard, it was Mark D. Thanks! Gerry
