I have a 2 car garage with a single door. My M-15 is outfitted with a bow pulpit and adjustable motor mount. With the mount fully retracted and the jack fully lowered I am able to push the boat into the garage, just clearing the garage door opening. To be able to close the garage, I had to cut off 30" of the tongue of the trailer and retro fit it with a removeable extention. Otherwise, the trailer would have to be stored on an angle, taking up both parking spaces. I also have to remove the mast from the boat (towing position) and store it on the garage wall. I hope this helps. The mast may have to go in separately, on a diagonal. You'll need about 7' of vertical clearance at the door. I have kept mine in a couple of old garages, maybe 16 or 17', but my Dilly trailer had a removable tongue. It was a pain to remove and install, but do-able.

Jerry Just went out and measured my garage and it is 21' 4" built in 2006 Looks like I might have a tight squeeze storing my M15 though I was able to put my WWP15 in there. The mast being 19' 6" it will depend on the trailer tongue extension

Would you guys do me a big favor and measure the net depth of your garages? Mine is 23' 10" and the house was built in 79 of the previous century.
Thanks. You can pm me at jerry@jerrymontgomery.org.
