Thanks everyone, it's good to be back! One of the reasons I originally bought a Monty was because of this amazing owners group, the Flicka 20 group was the same. Now I’m very happy to be back among you all! Rusty www.rustyknorr.weebly.com

Hi Rusty, I did the same thing, more or less. Sold my first Monty 17 and bought a Flicka which I dearly loved except it was not all that trailerable.lol. It took a three more and bigger boats before I ended up (after swallowing the anchor for about 7 years with another Monty 17. My "new one" is a 1977 while the "old one" was a 1974 Monty. I have owned my present Monty for about 4 years now and am keeping it on a nice lake in Central Texas where I can sail it most any time of the year. Monty's never grow old, just their owners. Welcome back, Tom B. Monty 17 "AS-IS" 1977 #358

After selling my first M-15 so I could liveaboard on my Flicka 20, and subsequently selling it and swallowing the hook, I’ve recently purchased another M-15, hull number 235 “Vanilla”. Looking forward to enjoying small boat cruising on Puget Sound and the Salish Sea, and being a member of this great group again!
Cheers,
