They sail great, especially in a blow. jerry ----- Original Message ----- From: <GILASAILR@aol.com> To: <montgomery_boats@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Sunday, March 23, 2014 12:53 PM Subject: M_Boats: M-17 for $2000
We have a M-17 fixed keel shell available here in Phoenix. Was acquired to finish a project - alas - a different keel was found for Craig's Frankengomery-17 'Tuna Edition'.
Fiberglass shell for fixed keel built by Mr.M. -unused and ready to install on a boat like this one. See MSOG - 'Motu Iti' for photos of M-17 fixed with this type keel. Eldor and Dorothy Eisen's beautiful boat.
Yeah - this is blatant advertising - have part/don't need it - need funds to 'complete' project.
PM me if interested - the boat on CL shows possible decent+ trailer , an OMC (Johnson 4hp yachtwin?) and who knows what else? Make them an offer -
I have seen FAR worse come back to life! !
