Some thoughts: 1. What we currently have works and, as pointed out one could argue what isn't broken shouldn't be fixed. 2. The social or community aspect of this group is valuable. Even though there isn't much activity, the messages that go back and forth do help hold our community together. 3. Separate from the community aspect, there is a great opportunity to learn from past discussions and I think it is important to have access to past discussions so we don't have to reinvent the wheel like we would if the past discussions were lost. 4. Images can really help the discussion along and, for me, images have not worked in the digest version I follow for several years. 5. I think it would be reasonable to stay right where we are and continue to be thankful for the effort in takes to keep the list working. 6. I also think it would be reasonable to move to a newer platform and bet we will be forced to at some point. If we move to a different platform, I really think a way to access past discussions has to be part of the move. 7. I participate in a sailplane group that recently moved from Yahoo to groups.io and that has been fine. Happy new year!
