Folks, I know I don't have all the details, but I do get to post my two cents worth.  I believe the comments about Bob Eeg should have been handled off-line.  First sent directly to Bob, if you were not satisfied with his service, and second privately (off-line) with anyone who inquired about your degree of satisfaction.
