Hi Stan, Sailrite offers kits and pre-made sales. I checked with them a while back when considering a storm jib. They gave me a price os apx. $100 if I put it together myself, and.... I believe $175 if they built it. There was also some discussion earlier that Kern Sails could make a nice storm jib for a reasonable price. I e-mailed them and received a prompt reply but can't recall the price. My current working jib is from Kern and has reef points. I have tried to use them a couple of times and can't seem to get the knack of how they work. I am heading out of town but if someone doesn't get back to you with a photo/diminsions I would be happy to do some on my return. I never did solve my storm jib problem, as my experience and confidence have been increasing I have moved it down the list. I am getting pretty handy with reefing the main and dropping the jib :) Randy Graves M-15 #407 Post Falls, ID -----Original Message----- From: Stanley Winarski [mailto:winarski@cox.net] Sent: Sat 7/13/2002 2:33 PM To: montgomery_boats@mailman.xmission.com Cc: Subject: M_Boats: Blade for M-15 I've been looking for a smaller jib for my M-15 without any success. Does anyone have any leads on where one can be purchased ? Or, if you have one, please send me the measurements. Another "Or", if you have reef points in your M-15 jib, please send a photo or measurements so I can install them in mine. Jib reefing didn't come on the original.
