M_Boats: Ballast and spare engine...

The spare engine that I use for ballast is a 2.5 Yamaha 2 cycle and I have been fortunate enough not to have needed it. I sail the mouth of a river and the current can get quite strong and take you where you may not want to go. I have oars onboard, but if my engine fails I doubt I'd be able to row against a 7 knott current.
