It could be done, but I think it would be pretty hard to find a modern product that can be applied properly during the time window. There are ways (e.g. using the trailer jack, cinder blocks, and wood) to do it safely on a trailer, while still getting the bottom.
While I did this once in the photo you posted, it is a little risky, and I never did it again.

Any of you skipper ever careen your M15 to refresh the bottom paint or wax the top sides? In the old days we used to do that with out islander 32 in Cat harbor Catalina.
Now They want $1000 to haul out at the OS boat yard.
