Go Robin Go!!! Lots of work but worth it! You have an incredible boat on your hands bud...keep the faith! I've been in that "OMG I'm never gonna get all this done" funk before.....but you will! AND....I'm telling you....it wouldn't be worth it for most boats....but the M23 is an incredible little pocket cruiser. Lyle really outdid himself when he drew the Montys. I was just talking to someone the other day and I told them that this boat, has for now at least....cured my 2 foot itis... I have had such adventures and she has done everything I have asked and more, that I have no desire to buy another boat to replace her with. All she asks is that you set her up right for the wind conditions ...and then sit back and enjoy the ride. Tom and Della can attest that we were out in 30 knot winds the other day.....double reefed and tiny headsail....and it was fun! Gotta luv that. Keep up the good work and keep documenting and showing us! Love seeing her get better and better. Great job! Sean
