Thanks for the towing check list, I had some but not all the items you mentioned.

My concern for surge breaks is not so much for the retrieval as only Pennsylvania may present a problem. I am thinking about but the time I want to go some where and the mountains may be an issue. I will check the states crossed and see what there requirements are.
