Hi Rich, Time to replace. This spring, we had to replace the spare on a 16 foot fishing boat before driving to Canada. The tire would not hold air due to sidewall cracks. It had never touched the road! UV took her life. I believe I have radial tires on my M17 trailer. It probably makes little difference.
