Correction: I just double checked my registration card. Monita is registered as a 1979 SEAKING! SEAKING is the house brand name Montgomery Ward used for their outboard motors and other boating gear back in the day. I believe the Seaking Motors were actually made by Evinrude. Not a big deal as it is on the state DNR registration only. No titles for boats here in MN. Henry M17 Monita On Sat, May 7, 2022, 6:46 PM Henry Rodriguez <heinzir@gmail.com> wrote:

Looks like someone at the registration office slipped up why typing.
I've read that some folks have their titles/registrations messed up stating their Montgomery is a 'Montgomery Ward'.

Looking at my registration and title I see I am owner of a Mongomery sailboat. Will you other sailors check your documents and tell me how your boats are titled? I have a CA title.
