An M23 would feel palatial compared to the M17. Full sitting headroom in the cabin. My wife has standing headroom but I need to keep my head down just a bit at my 5-9 height. My wife and I sleep either in the V or the cabin settees. The V berth is often used as a storage area for extra sails and gear bags. I think you would all find it quite comfortable once you found the arrangement that works best for you.

Hi Mark and others,

What is your feeling for the room in the cabin on an M23 for two tall adults (5'10 and 6'1), a 50lb dog, and a 5 year old? At 6'1 I have a lot of problems sleeping in the bunks on most older sailboat designs, but the M15 fits me great... however full sitting height would be pretty awesome.

I will be doing a road trip up the pacific coast from California to the San Juans next month, so I could probably stop by one or more M23s, I will contact everyone that messaged me once my plans firm up.

Thanks,

Tyler

Just catching up on list activity. I've been off the grid and disconnected

for a while. My M23 is in her slip at Winchester Bay on the Oregon coast.

I'd be happy to show her if we could coordinate schedules. Time is a rather

precious commodity currently!

Sean & John, thanks for the kind words. I wouldn't describe Faith as

bristol but I do try to stay up with the maintenance.
