M_Boats: reefing and headsails

Hi Dick.. IIRC, there's an intermediate jib between the standard and storm jibs.. about 70%. The original M-17 literature lists 5 jibs...2 different sizes on either side of the standard (100%?) jib. Stargazer came with all 5, but I've only used the middle 3 jibs. Harvey/ Ga M-17 Stargazer #294
