Happy Birthday Jerry, ...and thanks for building such wonderful boats. Also lots of success in the outrigger worlds Connie, ex M15 #400 LEPPO jerry wrote:
Thanks, MR. The Worlds are the reason I can't make it to the Cruiser Challenge on the 26th- that's the date of the Northern Ca championships, which we totally expect to win, and is the final tune-up race for the worlds. We've been working out 6 and 7 days a week for nearly a year, and our weekly meetings are like an AA meeting- "So, Grant, can you explain why you missed thursday's practice? Did you mother die? Did your oldest son get thrown in jail again? What! you just got a mere root canal! And we see by your chart that you've gained that pound back! Good God, man- don't you know you have a committment to your teammates?
Actually it's great fun and a real challenge!

If it is, Happy Birthday Jerry.
Hope the "outrigger worlds" come out well for you.
We've only talked a few times, but I have so appreciate your input and, of course, my M-17.
Best to you.
