M_Boats: Interior Paint

Someone once posted some advice on what type of paint to use on the interior of their Monty. I've looked through as many old emails that my eyeballs can handle but I can't dig up the reference. A repeat of the advice will be most appreciated. Thanks Joe SeaFrog M17
