M_Boats: How much I can expect to negotiate the price for a new M17

Hello all. This is my first posting as an MSOG member. I’ve been mostly lake sailing for the past 5 years on my Columbia 23, which I recently sold. It was a beautiful boat but I wanted to down size and get something newer. After researching every boat I could think of I really think the M17 is the boat for me. But I haven’t seen any for sale in my area of Phoenix, or within 300 miles for that matter. So I am now considering purchasing a new one, which leads me to my first question. Does anyone know how much I should expect to pay for a new boat? I know the approximate list price but I don’t know how much I can expect to negotiate the price. Thanks, Ron
