M_Boats: Measurements for an M17 mainsail cover

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can provide the needed measurements for ordering a mainsail cover for an M17. I want to order one so I have it in time for HPCC but I'm not taking possession of the boat until at least Jan 19th. When going to order on-line they are asking for the following measurements.
