Ordered from DuckWorks. Shipped promptly, and I've already received them. Haven't gotten to the boat yet, but I'm looking forward to the installation, and enjoying some night sailing. As MikeZ wrote the quick, easy and cheaper way is the Navisafe LEDs. Bright and USCG Certified.
Need two things:
The first is the Dinghy/Skiff kit -

Mount the transom/vertical bracket on the inside of the transom on the far starboard side (away from the motor and clear of the tiller) and use the sticks to get the light up. Set light according to how going: 125 to stern for sailing, 360 for motoring and anchoring.
For the bow get the rail mount -

Mount the bicolor light up front.
I used this setup on the Sage 15/SageCat.

12 volt systems are pretty heavy for a 750 pound Monty 15.
I have Navisafe lights. Nice compromise for a 15 and about any kind of mount you could want.
