Steve, The newsletter went out of publication a couple of years ago. It was a small quarterly publication run by volunteers. I think several folks on this list worked with the newsletter or offered articles, etc. If there is a way to scan the past copies and put them up on the web site that would be a good service. I'm not sure what that would take but perhaps someone might be interested in working with that.

I also have a copy of the Montgomery newsletter that has a plan for building one utilizing PVC. I'll find that and make a copy for you.
