Oops, if you tilt the trailer aft, the cockpit drain will not drain. The trailer needs to be tilted toward the front. I learned this from experience. A couple of twists on the trailer dolly handle will do it, or one less 2X4 if you're like me and use wood blocks. New M-15 owner here. I notice that rainwater and dew pools between the toe rail and the coaming. Is there a way to prevent this or to help it drain away? Even when the boat and trailer are level, the water can collect here.
