I am inclined to just bite the bullet and buy a new sail. I got 4 sails from Banks in Clearlake Texas for $1800.00. This was a new main with two sets of reefing points, a 150, 100 and a cruising chute. They are very nice ( main is a little flat) but I am very satisfied.
