I skimed through the cover pages of what I have and only found a mail item about something called "Peel Away Marine Strip. The individual was complaining because it even softened is barrier coating. The barrier coat did harden again in a few days. Doug Kelch --- Larry Yake <leyake@juno.com> wrote:
Thanks Joe, I saw that article (from Oct. '99), but was under the impresssion that they had done a more recent test that had some new products. Their promo ad said something about a 4 hour job! Wishfull thinking maybe. It doesn't sound like a pleasant job at any rate. Larry On Sat, 30 Mar 2002 22:51:01 -0800 "Joe Hubert" <joehh@attglobal.net> writes: Hi Larry,
You can see the first paragraph or so of an article for free. There is a discount on back articles for subscribers, though I don't know how much.

Hello fellow M-boaters, Tullamore will be coming home from winter storage next weekend. :-) Among the many projects on my to-do list is re-doing the bottom paint. An advertisement I got recently from Practical Sailor mentions a test they ran on bottom paint stripper with a clear cut winner. I have a subscription starting, but since this was in an earlier issue, I won't be getting that article. If anyone here is a PS subscriber, could I bother you to look back for that article and pass on the results? Also, any personal experience recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks, Larry Y.
