Announcing the arrival of our “new” 1979 Montgomery 23!! After a December transport of 2000 miles from Minnesota to Oregon M23 hull #74 has safely arrived in our driveway. We slipped through a weather window that was almost as amazing as the parting of the Red Sea for the Israelites to cross on dry land. “Misty” is the boat that was featured earlier this year in Good Old Boat and she’s a real jewel. She’ll get a new name soon as well as a few minor additions and changes to suit our preferences. It was a long drive and we’re thankful to be home. I’ll add her to the MSOG registry today. Unfortunately, we’ll have to part with “Grace” (our 1983 M17) soon.
