As I am a big Pardey fan, I agree that the foredeck is not place for a dingy..That is why I want to place it under the main boom...I believe that I only have 20 inches but I think that the dingy would fit. The length is exactly fine....As I do most of my sailing single handed, I need simplicity and ease of launch and recovery...Thanks Boy, this is a very active site.... ----- Original Message ----- From: <htmills@bright.net> To: "'For and about Montgomery Sailboats'" <montgomery_boats@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Wednesday, June 25, 2003 8:13 PM Subject: RE: M_Boats: M 6.8 for FC cutter
Bob,
Sam L. Morse used to have a photo on their web page of a Cherub sitting on the foredeck of a F.C. It doesn't appear to be there any longer, but I'll bet if you ask them nicely they might e-mail it to you. Pretty well fills up the foredeck area, fitting over the scuttle hatch.
