There's nothing I can do when AOL or Yahoo or Hot Mail whacks out like this. HERE IS A SOLUTION: I was sent an invitation to use Gmail by Randy Graves, maybe six months ago. Gmail, owned by Google is still invitation only and each person with account (free) can give away a limited amount of invitations (18?). I've given out six, I think. They give 2727 MB of storage space. Even with all of the photos I deal with, I'm still less than 300 MB. Of course, you can delete photos when you want, but it's a nice back up storage, leaving more memory in the computer. The best part of Gmail; I have as yet seen a corrupted file (photo). Some of you who've sent photos to me using my AOL E-mail, know that I've had challenges (even recently) with AOL. Sometimes they reduce photo size, to suit themselves, they cut photos in half, etc. etc. So far, no problems with G-mail. So, for the next few people who contact me off list: Billamicasr@gmail.com I will in return send an invitation. And, for those who contact me that I cannot help (out of invitations) I will forward the request to one of the people I've given invitations to. I still have AOL. I'm slowly transferring accounts over to Gmail, and will someday say good by to the AOL account. So, what I do is open Internet Explorer and log into my Gmail account from there. Hope this helps.
