M_Boats: Add for Kestrel

I just heard that Kestral is for sale. I am the previous owner, and had her from 6/30/94, until I sold her to Dan in 2011(?), due to health considerations. She is a really good boat. I sailed her in San Francisco Bay and occasionally in Monterey Bay, and whatever dumb thing I did, she always came through for me. Fun to sail, great single-handed sail, safe and dependable. Don’t be concerned about her age, she still has many more years in her, and the price is a real bargain. Yes, I really miss sailing her, but she gave me wonderful memories.
