My 1985 vintage M-15 in the original gel colored cream and still looks good. Did try to paint over a scratch several years ago, and would be interested in buying a small amount of touch-up in the original gel colored cream if it is available. Many of the 70s M17s were in the popular base color red/green/blue/yellow. as the years went by fewer were we 'colored' and more were made in a light cream. Better if it wasn't painted over the original gel coat. The modern paints are really good but they are less flexible than gel coat and fiberglass. very easily chipped and for a trailerable boat this is a problem. Does anyone know if any M boats were manufactured with colored gel coat? I've seen a green hull, and was curious if that was factory or painted.
