Gordon, Imagine the view from the lighthouse at Rock of Ages! I seen to recall that lighthouse is 130 ft. Remember seeing the picture at the ranger station at Windigo of waves crashing half way up it? It would be thrilling to see Superior in such an angry state, (from a safe location). 28.84 on my barometer in Mpls yesterday. I heard on the news the barometer was at 29.00 when the Edmond Fitzgerald went down off Whitefish point on Superior. Record low pressures here.
