At times like a big lake. And the tides in Rich's Passage and around Bainbridge can be tricky. I have been keeping my present boat at Harbor Island Marina, forcing me to negotiate Elliot Bay with its ships and ferry traffic. Anxious to obtain a M15 to take advantage of my location on the cut less than a mile from Lake Union and close to the locks.
