When I bought my M15 #361 from George Bunting last month, one of the "extras" was an item he received when he bought it, and never learned its purpose. Do any of you? It is a 27 1/4" LOA white Schedule 40 PVC pipe with a cap on each end, and a hole in one end cap with a loop of 1/4" bungee extending from it, obviously knotted on the inside. Obviously made with care, and for a purpose, but what purpose?
