Try Soft Scrub Jim. Larry Yake recommended it to me and it's been very effective removing those pesky little black mold spots that appear on non-slip. Maybe use a soft scrub pad (softer that the 3M green pads that tend to scratch), scrub, let it sit a minute, scrub a little more, then rinse. I've been using the gel formula--smells like there's plenty of bleach in it. If that fails, try turtlewax liquid rubbing compound (comes in a green plastic bottle).
