Are you aware of the PDS-Tx cruise planning a sail from there to Magnolia Beach next month, thought maybe you would be interested in joining us. You should change the name of your boat to "Couragous"

I was out yesterday in Sweet Dream. It was my first trip since last August what with the hurricanes and all. Small craft warnings on the bay but the wind was starting to lay, 12 - 15 with gusts to 18. I had accidentally put a twist in the jib when hanking it on to the forestay and need to go forward to fix it. I thought of the GOB bungie trick but the M15 tiller has the lift mechanism that raises the rudder. I'm glad to know a simple line would work. Next time
I'll try that. What a RIDE. I hit 5 knots with a reef in the main and a badly twisted 150 pounding into nasty chop. Don _______________________________________________ http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/montgomery_boats
