I happened to be looking through the 2002 West Marine
catalog just now and ran across this stuff (bottom left on page 1028), WM
item #367641, Wichinox Stainless Steel Polish, which is supposed to
replace the phosphates that prevent corrosion in SS, according to the
blurb. Twelve and a half bucks.
