Hi BG: Yes, your note helps a lot. Thank You for taking the time to write and send it. At this momene, I'm figuring out if I have a bolt or pin in front. If I understand what I've been reading, both the front and back pins have to be removed in order to get the board out. Was this your experience? I plan to follow your plan: Blast, coat quickly, coat thickly, fill, fair, prime and paint with epoxy barrier coat and finally bottom paint. Getting the board out is the next big hurdle.
