For a lot less money you can do a standard furler instead of a furler/reefer. Using furler/reefers to reef really doesn't give the ideal shape anyway. A furler has no head stay foil to deal with which is nice for trailering. Sails roll up on the luff wire (which needs to be secured to the sail properly for furling) and attach only at head and tack. You have to change sails for reefing. Harken make small boat furlers. I have one on my 20' trailer sailor. Very easy.
